How do I get started?
  1. Have a functional website.
  2. Apply for our program here.
  3. If approved, you will be sent our Terms & Conditions and an Insertion Order. Sign and return them.
  4. A welcome email will be sent to you with your TID (affiliate number), password and the details for setting up the tracking information on your website. You will also receive some detailed demographic information, keyword policy information, and a list of requirements for language that will need to be added to your website.
  5. You will receive a W9 form that needs to be emailed/faxed back.
  6. You will receive an email with your unique phone number which you can promote on your website.
  7. Please save emails for reference.

Do I get paid for phone sales?

Yes! All sales are tracked to ensure the referring affiliate receives credit for each sale, whether they call or register online. The visitor must click on the link on your website to activate our dynamic tracking system which will display your unique phone number on our landing page.

What’s a unique phone number?

This is a phone number which is assigned to your specific campaign. It will be tracked to your campaign, allowing you to use this number across all of your media. In our experience, consumers like to speak to an agent in regards to their personal information. They like to describe why they have negative items on their reports and why they would like them removed. We recognize higher conversion rates for live phone calls compared to online traffic. Promoting a phone number dedicated to your account will encourage more consumers to call in, creating higher sales for you.

What is my affiliate number and/or my unique phone number?

Your affiliate number is also referred to as your TID; your Affiliate number and phone number are sent in the welcome email. If you are unable to find either, please contact us by email or call us at 801-828-1813.

How will I know when I have a sale?

For internal affiliates, we offer a tracking system to track sales in real time, using your TID and password. For Commission Junction affiliates, the tracking system at also allows you track your sales on a daily basis in real time.

When will I receive a payment?

We pay internal affiliates on the 15th of every month for sales made the prior month.

How does the tracking system work?

Internal affiliates are provided with a tracking link to monitor campaign performance. Your online affiliate manager will provide you with a user name (your TID) and a password.

Affiliates in our Commission Junction and/or Ring Revenue programs have full access to tracking and performance report within the network interface. If you have lost your log-in information through Commission Junction, please call client support at (800) 761-1072.

I would like to send an email, what are your guidelines?

All email messages must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations. All email messages must (a) contain an unsubscribe link in all commercial email; (b) contain a physical address in the creative; (c) clearly show in the creative that an individual is receiving an advertisement and/or marketing message; and (d) contain “Subject” and “From” lines that are not misleading.
