Our interview and training processes are both hosted virtually. Realistic Job Preview
Daily tasks include answering incoming calls, working with consumers to assess their credit standing, recommending products that fit their needs and enrolling consumers in our life-changing financial services. You will have access to paid job training, a dedicated Sales Coach and weekly coaching support.
The rest is up to you and your level of engagement. Every sales employee is protected with a base hourly wage and has the opportunity to earn on a commission structure that is uncapped – meaning your paycheck potential is unlimited!
