Sales and service employees are the first voice of advocacy our consumers hear. At Progrexion, meaningful employement is more than just a statement, it’s a lifestyle. This group comes to work each day with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our consumers, and they take it seriously.
Sales and service employees start out with four weeks of paid training designed to equip them with more knowledge of credit reporting than most Americans. They learn the skills necessary to be a successful employee and effective advocate for our consumers.
We take our advocacy to another level and continue supporting consumers in need through our robust community impact program. Whether it's volunteering, raising money or donating blood, we give employees time to volunteer in our communities. In 2019 alone, sales and service employees donated over $280k to local non-profits. During 2020, we are excited to incorporate RIP Medical Debt into our giving programs and begin helping to eliminate consumer medical debt across America.
