The LEAD program is a way to build leadership capability. The program launched in June 2014, and in its first 6 months saw a 30% certification rate. Now, well into 2015, we plan to have a 100% certification rate for all front line leaders by the end of the year. The LEAD program is a great platform to deliver training with a unified message to all leaders.
One of my favorite things about the program is that there is cross-company participation; just last week I taught a class at the Decker Lake site that included leaders from Member Services, Progrexion Quality Assurance, Progrexion Teleservices and Sales. It provides improved perspective to hear from those leaders who may be having similar experiences in other locations, departments, etc. I love the program and hope that it will continue to grow as time goes on.
Human Resources Objective
The Human Resources objective for the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program is to build leadership capabilities within the organization. This investment in our leaders will provide a better understanding of the latest principles, strategic concepts, philosophies, and advanced leadership applications to effectively manage others within a growing company.
