Description: As a retention specialist, the successful candidate will work as a credit paralegal working with our current clients and following up with previous clients for follow-up consultation about their credit repair needs. Providing education to our current clients as to why they should retain our services will be critical to long-term success. The successful candidate will also be expected to re-sell credit report repair services to our clients while maintaining productivity and maintaining compliance with Progrexion policy.

Description: As an eFolks Sales Consultant, the successful candidate will have the important responsibility to present clearly the many options our partners provide and to qualify our clients for those specific options to help them achieve their credit goals. With eFolks, many of these options include credit report repair services, debt relief, bankruptcy, and building positive credit. The solutions the candidate recommends can result in a positive impact on our clients' lives. This position requires a high level of customer service expertise and providing solutions to our clients' credit problems.

Outbound Sales Manager

SALT LAKE, UT - TELESERVICES

Description: The Outbound Sales Manager will be responsible for training, motivation, performance and supervision of a sales team. This person will be expected to meet team and personal production, closes per hour and call transfer goals as provided by the Director of Teleservices. They will assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance policies, supporting and enforcing compliance and other company policies and procedures and perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by the Director. The team leader will attend weekly manager training meetings, ensure all calls are answered professionally and in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of team payroll.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of team leader or supervisory experience in a contact center environment required. Comfort in working in a high-volume call center environment with constant customer interaction. Experience working directly with customers to resolve problems. High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Senior Production Design

Description: The Senior Production Designer will work closely with marketing and development teams to execute creative, start to finish, for numerous brands online. The Designer will work closely with our more active brands, LexingtontonLaw.com and CreditRepair.com. This position will develop marketing creative utilizing the latest online best practices and trends applied to websites, landing pages, banner ads, emails, and more. 3-4 years of web design and print production experience required.

Qualifications: Must be creative, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high quality work is delivered on time in a fast-paced environment. 3-4 years of online and print design experience. Must possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proven track record of building new brands and working within existing brand parameters. Ability to think strategically with a strong bias for execution of necessary tasks. Knowledge of current and emerging Internet technology and trends. Extensive knowledge of design, typography and multimedia.

Live Transfer Affiliate Manager

SALT LAKE, UT - MARKETING

Description: The Live Transfer Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the management, optimization, and growth of all aspects of our live transfer affiliate program. This position will continuously identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliates; as well as support our current affiliate base to achieve success and growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing the business and should be accustomed to interfacing with key decision makers. This individual will coordinate and oversee campaigns through all phases of launch and roll out, including negotiation of affiliate partnerships and deals, contract review and approval, trafficking, reporting and analysis and optimization.

Qualifications: 1-3 years directly related experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably experience as an account manager or affiliate manager. Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills. Experience in sales and contract relationship management strategies with a proven track record in achieving targeted sales results. Solid business management skills. Excellent fiscal responsibility. Analytical and mathematical skills.
