COMMON QUESTIONS
How do I sign up for your program?
Simply click through our sign up page to sign up with Commission Junction. Once you have signed up through Commission Junction you'll receive an email from Commission Junction welcoming you to the program along with your username and password. You will also receive a W9 form that needs to faxed/mail back to the corresponding address at Commission Junction. You will then shortly receive another email from Lexington Law welcoming you to the affiliate program and providing you with more details about the program. Please save both emails. Then all you need to do is log onto Commission Junction using your username and passwords provided in their email, and then get the creative that works for best start getting paid!
What type of marketing to you allow?
We understand that the internet is an evolving animal, with that in mind the affiliate staff is always willing to look into new ideas, our affiliates propose with respect to marketing Lexington. However we do offer a wide selection of banners for you static types, content and creative for loyalty sites, financial content for the blogger in you, and don't forget keywords, for SEM/SEO types.
Do you have an 800 number for your customers, if so do I get paid for those sales?
Yes, we do offer a phone number for those customers that are not comfortable purchasing items online, and yes you will be compensated for telephone purchases.
Do you have cookies; if so how long is the duration?
We do have cookies, with a 30 day duration.
Can your service be marketed outside of the United States?
No. Unfortunately, we are not able to market outside of the United States, because Lexington is a law firm, which is licensed only within the United States.
Do you allow non U.S. affiliates into your program?
Yes, if the affiliate has marketing vehicles within the United States
Do you accept new (just starting out) affiliates into your program?
Yes. Between Commission Junction and our resources you should be able to get started to understand affiliate marketing and have the tools needed to help you succeed.
Are there certain types of sites that you automatically don't accept into you program?
Yes. Due to the strict guidelines in our industry, we are not able to accept adult entertainment sites, and gambling sites.
What type of sites do the best in your program?
Because Lexington Law focuses on credit repair, any sites tied into the financial industry do well, such as credit card offers, car loans sites, and especially those sites that specialize in bad credit.
How will I know when I have a sale?
CJ offers a tracking system that is directly linked with our tracking pixel, so you are able to track your sales on a daily basis in real time.
